Our standard shipping method is express, which we offer for free. However, please keep in mind that some countries do not offer express shipping, instead, they use economy sea, standard shipping or economy air. The shipping type and delivery time corresponding to your selected delivery location will be revealed at check-out once you input your address. Some countries also offer courier, which is even faster and much more expensive than express. If you wish to pick courier, a fee of $50 AUD (approx. $33 USD) will be charged. Otherwise, express, standard, economy air and economy sea are free.

NOTE: Some countries do not offer express shipping. Your selected country may only offer economy sea (2 to 3 months delivery estimation). If your selected country only offers one shipping method (e.g., economy sea only) then we will ship your wig through the only available shipping method. If your selected country offers two or more shipping methods that are NOT express, then we will ship your wig through the fastest offered shipping method, we will only ship through economy sea if it is the only shipping method that your destination offers. Some countries do not provide any form of shipping services, these countries (which we also DO NOT ship to) are: Afghanistan, British Indian Ocean Territory, Congo (Democratic Republic), Cuba, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tunisia, Turkey, Wallis and Futuna & Yemen.

Refunds for transit damaged wig: Dear hot girlies, we will ensure to double check that your wig is in proper condition before packing your order. Hot Girl Things™ is not reliable for any damages caused to your shipment once it has been handed over to the carrier. If damages have been caused, then it is the carrier to blame. However, we love our hot girlies and understand that no one wants a damaged product! Hence, we accept a refund only if the wig itself has been damaged through transit. To begin a claim for a transit damaged wig refund, you must contact us on our refunds email provided above. Send us an email with your order number and attach several images of the wig where the damage can be clearly seen in the photo. We will provide you with details to return the wig to us. Your transit damages refund will be processed once we receive the wig. You must email us within 14 days of the delivered date, otherwise you may not be eligible for a transit damaged wig refund. Once we receive your wig and accept your claim, your money will be returned to the original payment method you used to make the initial purchase. We cannot return your money to a different payment method of your choosing. It may take several business days for your money to come through.

IMPORTANT: we will only accept transit damages refund for wigs that have sustained damage through transit. If adjustments have been made to the wig, e.g., you have cut or bleached the lace or hair, or have taken off the tags or applied heat to style the wig, then you will not be eligible for a transit damages refund. The wig MUST be in original condition + transit damage.
Refunds for wrong sized wig: Dear hot girlies, we do not accept refunds for wrong sizing as our wigs have adjustable bands and straps, this means that they are an adjustable fit-for-all.
Refunds for wrong length/colour/density: We accept refunds for wrong length, colour or density within 30 days of the delivered date on several conditions:
- The wig must have the original tags like new.
- The hair is untouched, e.g., not cut, bleached or heated.
- The lace must be in original condition, e.g., no cutting or bleaching.
- Basically, we will accept a refund only if the wig is in the same condition that we sent it to you.
These conditions maintain the hygiene and safety of all of our hot girlies! 🖤
To begin a refund for wrong colour, wig, or density, please email us to the email provided above, ensuring to state in the email that you'd like to claim a wrong colour/density/length refund. After which we will reply to your email with details to return the wig.
We will reply within 2 business days.
IMPORTANT: You will be eligible for a refund only when we have received the returned wig and determined that it is in original condition. If adjustments have been made to the wig, then we reply to your email providing images of where the adjustments have been made on the wig and cancel your refund claim. Once your claim is cancelled, we will post your wig back to you for free through the fastest shipping method that your destination offers (excluding courier).
Refunds for lost or stolen wig: Dear hot girlies, it was brought to our attention that we were scammed in the past for accepting refunds for stolen or lost wigs (a customer received the wig, but informed us that it was lost to get their money back). As a result, we do not accept refunds for stolen shipments. We only accept refunds for lost shipments. Once your delivery has been marked as "delivered" by the carrier, then you will not be eligible for a lost shipments refund. You will be eligible for a lost shipments refund only if the carrier has informed us that your shipment has been lost during transit. If you wish to lodge a lost shipments refund, please contact our refunds email above, and we will contact the carrier and begin investigating.
